I stayed in Ormond Beach when I went to Daytona for the 24 Hour. Much better choice, even if a little longer drive. Better hotel for less money.

My cousin lives in Ormond Beach, I stayed at his house for free. Sure I also had to deal with 4 kids under 7, but it was free.
